Slow PK FAQ – Pakistan Gaming Questions Answered

You only need three things to create a Slow PK account: a valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and your city. Email is optional but useful for password recovery. You do not need your CNIC at registration – that is only required later for large withdrawals above Rs 50,000 through our KYC process. Registration itself takes under 60 seconds and is completely free.
No. Slow PK operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual Pakistani player may hold only one active account. Operating duplicate accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed with any balance forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option or contact our support team to recover your existing account – never create a new one.
Log in and go to Account Settings to change your password at any time. To update your registered mobile number, you will need to verify both the old and new number via OTP for security. Username changes are not currently available – your username is permanent once chosen during registration. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support with your identity details for assisted verification.
CNIC verification (KYC) is required when you wish to withdraw an amount above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 200,000 in a calendar month. To complete KYC, log in and go to Account Settings → Verification, then upload a clear photograph of the front and back of your CNIC. Verification typically completes within 2 to 4 hours during business hours and unlocks full withdrawal limits on your account.
You can close your Slow PK account at any time by going to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or by contacting our support team directly. Before closing, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you are closing the account because you are concerned about your gaming habits, our team can also discuss other options like a cooling-off period before making a permanent decision. Account closures are processed within 24 hours.
The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method: Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, Rs 300 for NayaPay and SadaPay, and Rs 500 for IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion. There are no deposit fees charged by Slow PK, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees.
Slow PK accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payments are made in PKR. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the most popular options among Pakistani members because they are instant and work without a traditional bank account. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within 1 to 2 hours on working days.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits normally reflect in your Slow PK account within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers can take 1–2 hours. If your deposit is not showing after these time windows, first check your mobile wallet or bank statement to confirm the transaction completed on their side. If the money left your account but has not reached Slow PK, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact our support team via live chat with the reference number – they will investigate and credit your account within 2 hours in most cases.
Slow PK does not currently support direct carrier billing on Zong or Ufone. However, if you have registered an Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet on any Pakistani number – including Zong or Ufone – you can use that wallet to deposit on Slow PK. The wallet number does not need to match the mobile number you registered your Slow PK account with; it just needs to be a valid, funded wallet.
Verified Slow PK members who withdraw to Easypaisa or JazzCash typically receive their funds within 3 minutes. IBFT bank withdrawals take 1–4 hours during banking hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard accounts can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing speed. Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours as our payments team completes an initial security review on new accounts.
The minimum withdrawal on Slow PK is Rs 500 for all methods. Standard accounts (without full KYC) can withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per transaction and up to Rs 200,000 per calendar month. Once you complete CNIC verification, your per-transaction limit increases to Rs 500,000 and monthly limits are significantly higher. VIP and high-volume members can request custom withdrawal limits through the support team.
Withdrawals can be placed on hold for a few reasons: the account has not yet completed the basic security review on its first withdrawal; there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to the balance; the requested amount exceeds your current withdrawal limit; or our fraud detection has flagged unusual activity for manual review. In all cases you will receive an SMS notification. Contact our support team via live chat with your withdrawal reference number for the specific reason and expected resolution time.
CNIC verification is not required for smaller withdrawals. You can withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per transaction without completing full KYC. CNIC verification becomes mandatory when a single withdrawal exceeds Rs 50,000 or your monthly withdrawals exceed Rs 200,000. We recommend completing KYC proactively so it does not cause a delay when you actually need to make a larger withdrawal. The process takes under 5 minutes and verification is usually complete within a few hours.
Slow PK covers every PSL match, all Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments (World Cup, Champions Trophy, T20 World Cup), bilateral series, and selected domestic Pakistan competitions. For each match we offer match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, over/under runs per over, next wicket method, six/four specials and live in-play markets that update ball by ball. PSL odds are typically available up to 72 hours before the first ball.
The minimum single bet on cricket is Rs 50. For accumulator bets (combining multiple selections), the minimum stake is Rs 100. Live in-play bets have a minimum of Rs 100. There is no maximum number of bets you can place on a single match, though individual market limits apply – these are displayed next to each market and vary based on match type and competition level.
If a cricket match is abandoned before the toss, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your Slow PK account balance in full. If a match starts but is later abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for a result under the applicable playing conditions (usually 5 overs in T20), all pre-match bets are voided and refunded. In-play bets placed after the start of play are subject to the specific rules of each market. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Slow PK offers a Cash Out feature on selected cricket and sports markets. When Cash Out is available on your bet, a "Cash Out" button appears in your open bets section with the current value displayed in PKR. The value updates in real time as the match progresses. Full Cash Out (settling the entire bet early) and Partial Cash Out (cashing out a portion while leaving the rest running) are both available on eligible markets. Once a bet is submitted without Cash Out availability, it cannot be edited or cancelled.

Yes. All Slow PK card and table games use certified RNG (Random Number Generation) technology for virtual games and use real physical decks shuffled by live dealers for live-dealer games. On standard live-dealer tables the minimum bet is Rs 10 per round. High-roller tables designed for larger stakes have higher minimums – these are labelled clearly in the lobby before you join. Andar Bahar side bet minimums start at Rs 5. There is no forced ante or blind structure on Teen Patti – the minimum applies only to the bet you choose to place on each hand.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the total amount you must bet before a bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of Rs 10,000 using bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance. Every bet you place using the bonus wallet counts toward clearing this requirement. Your current wagering progress is visible in Account Settings → Bonuses. Sports bets, card games and table games all contribute toward wagering.
Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and a 6-digit reset code will be sent to you within 30 seconds. Enter the code, choose your new password and you are done. The reset code is valid for 90 seconds and cannot be reused. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact our support team at support@slowpk.com with your name, username and CNIC details for assisted account recovery.
Accounts are automatically locked after five consecutive failed login attempts to prevent unauthorised access. The lock clears automatically after 15 minutes. If you are still unable to log in after 15 minutes, use the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials. If you believe the failed attempts were made by someone other than you, contact our security team immediately via live chat – they can investigate the login attempts and secure your account.
On the Login page, switch to the "Mobile OTP" tab. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and tap "Send OTP". A 6-digit code valid for 90 seconds will be sent to your number. Enter the code to log in without needing your password. This method is especially useful when you are on a shared device and do not want to type your password. You can also use OTP login as your primary login method permanently by switching the tab on every visit.
Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, enter your PKR cap and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately. Any attempt to deposit above your set limit is blocked automatically by the system with no exceptions. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to give you time to reconsider. Minimum limit is Rs 200, maximum is unlimited.
Self-exclusion permanently closes your Slow PK account. It is the appropriate step if you feel your gaming is causing real harm to your finances, mental health or family life. To self-exclude, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team directly. The request is processed within 24 hours. Your real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Slow PK removes self-excluded accounts from all marketing lists permanently.
A cooling-off period is a temporary account lock of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Your balance is preserved and you can still withdraw funds. Unlike self-exclusion, a cooling-off period has a defined end date and your account automatically reopens when it expires. It is designed for players who want to take a break without permanently closing their account. Set one from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. The period cannot be ended early once started.
