We do not collect full card numbers or CVV codes at any point. Payment card data is processed entirely by our PCI-DSS certified payment partners and is never transmitted to or stored on Slow PK servers.

We do share data in the following limited circumstances, each of which is necessary to operate the platform:

• Payment Processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking partners receive transaction reference data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. They do not receive your full identity data or bet history.
• Identity Verification Providers: A certified KYC provider receives your CNIC data and photograph solely to confirm your identity when required. This provider operates under a strict data processing agreement with Slow PK.

Slow PK uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform function correctly, to remember your preferences and to understand how you use the site. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It does not give us access to your phone or computer and cannot read other files on your device.

As a Slow PK member, you have the following rights over your personal data. These rights are not automatic in every circumstance – some are subject to legal exemptions or to our legitimate operational interests – but we will always respond to any request thoughtfully and explain our reasoning if we cannot fully comply.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@slowpk.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and specify which right you wish to exercise. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond in full within 14 days. We do not charge for processing data rights requests.

Slow PK does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The platform is strictly for adults. Our registration process includes an age declaration and we conduct identity verification checks specifically to confirm that new members meet the 18-year minimum age requirement.

If you believe that a minor has registered an account on Slow PK, please contact us immediately at support@slowpk.com. We will investigate and, where confirmed, close the account immediately, return any deposits made and delete all personal data associated with the account from our systems as quickly as our legal obligations allow.

Slow PK may send you promotional communications about offers, bonuses, new games, PSL betting features and platform updates. Continued use of Slow PK after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of that revision. If you do not agree to the changes, you should request account closure before the effective date.
